1. Eligibility

Circle Up is intended for use by K–12 students, teachers, and school staff. Users under 18 must use the App with permission from their school or legal guardian.

2. Account Creation

• You must sign in through Google OAuth.
• You agree not to share your login credentials with others.
• Schools are responsible for monitoring student use and compliance.

3. Acceptable Use

• No tampering with other users’ accounts
• No unlawful, harassing, or harmful behavior
• No reverse-engineering or disruption of the App

4. Intellectual Property

Circle Up and its content are the property of CAST, Inc. You may use the App solely for educational purposes.

5. Data Rights

Data is subject to FERPA, COPPA, and school policy. You retain rights to content you create. De-identified data may be used for research.

6. Suspension or Termination

CAST may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or where legally required.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

CAST shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
